Pricing Policy
All prices on the website are in pounds sterling.
Nordic Style endeavours to ensure that all merchandise offered on the website is available at the same price in the Lots Road Showroom. However, from time to time (particularly during Nordic Style Sale and promotional periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from our website that do not apply in the Chelsea Store.
Understanding our measurements.
All of
our measurements are in metric lengths. We use
width measurement first for the longest part of
the item i.e. front of desk, followed by the Depth,
being the measurement from front to back, with
the height measurement last. All our bed
measurements are inside measures i.e. mattress
size.

Delivery details
Non Furniture Items
All of our nonfurniture
items (Fabrics, books, soft furnishings,
accessories, lighting) that are in stock will be
dispatched directly from our warehouse. These
items can be delivered by courier or by post. If
couriered they will require a signature so please
feel free to include an alternative delivery address
such as your office address.The tariff for non furniture
is as follows:
One Item delivered by courier:
UK Mainland, less than10kgs, £10.00 inc.insurance.
Two items delivered by courier:
UK Mainland, between10-20kgs, £15.00 inc.insurance.
We recommend this secure delivery service for

We also offer a Royal Mail service for
smaller, non fragile items at £4.95 per item
(packet dimensions: 610mm x 460mm x 460mm & < 1kg). Please note that the item is sent at the
customers own risk and is not covered under our
insurance policies for loss or damage.
For larger orders or for destinations other
than UK Mainland then please call our customer

If you are not at home to receive your
goods, you will receive a notification card from
the delivery provider. Please arrange for your free
re-delivery or pick-up directly with them.
Occasionally we may sell out of a nonfurniture
item. If this happens we anticipate an
average waiting time of between 4-6 weeks to
replenish our stock. However, this is only an
approximation and so cannot be guaranteed.
Furniture
Our furniture items will be delivered by our
nominated carriers. They will contact you directly
to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
If, however, the delivery is unsuccessful as
nobody is at home at the agreed time or there
are problems with access, the goods will have to
be re-delivered and a new delivery cost charged.
Occasionally, we may sell out of a furniture
line. If this happens we anticipate an average
waiting time of between 8-10 weeks to replenish
our stock. However this is only an approximation
and so cannot be guaranteed.
For all furniture orders we offer the
following delivery tariff:

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT. As a
guide, a one man delivery is generally any order
up to 25kg in weight that can be carried by one
person.
Charges are based on a maximum volume
of 2 cubic metres (approximately equivalent to a
3 seater sofa or a dining table and 6 chairs).

Returning your Nordic Style product:
Please notify us within 7 days by telephone
of your intention to return the product. Products
should reach us within 28 days. We ask that the
products returned to us are unused and in their
original packaging. Please ensure that returns are
packed and labeled carefully so that they are not
lost or damaged in transit. (This does not affect
your statutory rights.)

from outside mainland UK, please call +44 1865

Heavy goods items can be taken away at
the point of delivery free of charge but if you
subsequently decide to return it, it may take up
to 28 days for collection (40 days for more
remote areas) and a charge of £50 will be made.
Non-heavy goods can also be returned to
our showroom. Please note, however, that heavy
goods cannot be returned to the shop. Please call

7731 1882 to arrange returns of heavy goods.

We do our very best to ensure that all the
items you see on this website are as close to the
photographs shown but, since they are not mass
produced and many of them hand-finished, some
slight variations in colour and size may occur
from time to time.
The above terms and conditions are
applicable to both online, mail order and retail
purchasing.
